Trial representation
civil, commercial, administrative, tax and criminal cases. In civil cases, the lawyer may represent natural and legal persons of various kinds. Legal persons include all commercial companies. In addition, this includes banking and non-banking institutions, other credit institutions, insurance companies, government institutions, departments, municipalities, etc. Similar is the representation in administrative and tax matters. Things are somewhat different in criminal proceedings, at least in the name of the trial representative. Whereas in the first three types of cases he is a curator or, more simply, a representative, in criminal cases he is referred to as a defender. Regardless of the type of court proceedings, it is extremely important for the lawyer to prepare a specific strategy and an individual concept for the maximum protection of his client’s rights and interests.
It is also possible for the lawyer to act as a representative before extra-judicial bodies, such as the National Revenue Agency, the National Social Security Institute, the Company Registry, the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre, municipalities and others, providing taxassessments, drafts, certificates, etc.
